Dr. Boocock is Research Associate, Department of Social Relations, The Johns Hopkins University, and the author of publications on sociology of learning, women's role patterns, and research methodology, as well as co-director of a research project on the development and testing of games with simulated environments.

Adobe Acrobat v.11 was used to OCR the text and also for the merging and conversion to the final presentation PDF-format. | Details of chemotherapeutic and chemoprophylactic trials with systemic organic phosphorus compounds on specific oculo-vascular myiasis under field conditions are given. The results proved encouraging and showed that Dow-ET-57, Ruelene and Neguvon, in this order of efficacy, have definite larvicidal actions against the causal Gedoelstia larvae. The mortality as well as the incidence of blindness were reduced notably by all three insecticides.
