Influence of the oxidation-reduction potential of raw milk obtained from healthy and an experimentally sterile inflammated udder of cows on the growth of different strains of Staphylococcus aureus was investigated. Statistical analyses proved that the redox potential of milk significantly affects growth of S. aureus
