Effect of restricted vs ad libitum feeding on slaughter performance of ducks

An experiment on 200 Pekin ducks fed ad libitum (control) or restricted to 80 percent of ad libitum diet (RF) was carried out. The lower body weight as well as the lower carcass fat content but not meat content in RF ducks than in control ones was stated. No effect of feed restriction on feed conversion efficiency in ducks was observed
