The amino acids composition of protein in seeds of 3 fodder pea varieties was evaluated.The true digestibility of 17 amino acids was established (g/100 g protein): lysine - 7.353; arginine - 9,760; methionine - 0.700; cystine - 0.387.The average true digestibility of different amino acids was varied from 80.35 (cystine) to 94.8 (histidine).The protein in grain fodder peas was a good source for the following true digestive amino acids for geese (g/100 g protein): arginine - 8.85, lysine - 6.39, leucine - 5.68 and phenylalanine - 4.25.
