Changes of electrical conductivity of apple juice concentrate in dependence of the extract content

One introduced results of research determining dependence between content of extract in apple concentrate and his electric conductance. The measurements of independance and admittance of apple concentrate were conducted in the range of frequency from 100 Hz to 100 kHz. There was significant, mathematical dependence between content of extract in apple concentrate and impedance and between content of extract and admittance of concentrate. One ascertained, that in the range of frequencies of current, impedance of apple concentrate is almost totally resistant and admittance consists mostly of conductance
