[Horilka "Sumska osoblyva" (Sumy special) and a method of making thereof]

A horilka (a Ukrainian vodka), containing aqueous and alcohol liquid from ethyl alcohol rectified of high degree of purifying and drinking water softened, aromatic alcohol of lemon oil, sugar, is proposed. The horilka is distinguished by containing glucose. Introducing the aromatic alcohol of lemon oil allows creating a drink of round flavour, tender completed aroma and adding the extra biological activity to the drink. The "Sumska osoblyva" horilka has got a degustation evaluation of 9.5 scores of the Central Degustation Committee of Ukraine
