The little differences in fattening results, carcass quality, chemical content of Musculus Longissimus Dorsi (MDL) as well as content of SFA, PUFA, MUFA in this muscle of fatteners receiving antibiotic growth promoter or ZnO in the diets were observed. The results show the possibility of using ZnO addition in the diets for fatteners
