Signing the Maastricht Treaty and creating European Union in the year 1992 was an extremely important element of European integration. For Poland, integration with EU is a strategic goal. The foundations of European integration lie in the Europe Agreement signed in Brussels in 1991 when Poland started to be an associated state. Agriculture plays an important role in the integration processes. The success of Poland's integration with EU greatly on modernization of national agriculture
