In this master thesis is given creation of strategy of growth Banjaluka brewery from Bosnia and Herzegovina by growing market share of specific products of Banjaluka brewery in market of Serbia. It is defined that the growth of market share is possible to realize by competitive prices, innovation of existing products and packaging, organization of wide distribution network and suitable promotion strategy.
