Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. Postharvest K2HPO4 treatments were employed to study the inhibition effect to ary rot in potato tubers and slices inoculated with Fusarium sulphureum. The results showed that the chemical reduced significantly the lesion diameter in inoculated tubers and slices. The treatment at 70 mmol・ L. 1 had the best control. The strongest reduced resistance in slices elicited by the chemical was found in 48 hours after the treatment. Moreover, the chemical increased ae.ivity of POD, PPO, PAL and GLU, and accumula- ted content of O2. - and lignin in inoculated slice. It is suggested that K2HPO4 could control dry rot by inducing defense response in potato tubers.
