Inhibition effect of postharvest K2HPO4 treatment on dry rot of potato tubers and slices | K2HPO4采后处理对马铃薯干腐病的抑制

显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. Postharvest K2HPO4 treatments were employed to study the inhibition effect to ary rot in potato tubers and slices inoculated with Fusarium sulphureum. The results showed that the chemical reduced significantly the lesion diameter in inoculated tubers and slices. The treatment at 70 mmol・ L. 1 had the best control. The strongest reduced resistance in slices elicited by the chemical was found in 48 hours after the treatment. Moreover, the chemical increased ae.ivity of POD, PPO, PAL and GLU, and accumula- ted content of O2. - and lignin in inoculated slice. It is suggested that K2HPO4 could control dry rot by inducing defense response in potato tubers.
