chinois. 以中豌5号豌豆为试验材料,采用雾培法,研究了加硼条件下豌豆根边缘细胞和根细胞壁多糖组分总糖、糖醛酸以及果胶硼含量的变化。结果表明:加硼后,边缘细胞和根段果胶含量明显增加,且10-20mm根段加硼后果胶含量增加达到显著水平,根段的半纤维素总糖含量显著降低;边缘细胞果胶糖醛酸含量高于根段,0~10mm和10-20mm根段细胞壁果胶1(螯合态果胶)糖醛酸含量分别是果胶2的糖醛酸的2.6和2.0倍;边缘细胞果胶硼含量显著高于根段,且边缘细胞和根段果胶1硼含量分别是果胶2硼含量的7.7、6.4和6.2倍。结果显示,豌豆根边缘细胞和根段细胞壁果胶含量与硼含量呈正相关,表明果胶含量高的边缘细胞比根尖更需要硼,且主要与新生果胶相结合。[著者文摘]

The differences of cell wall constitution between border cells and different root segments of pea(Pisum sativum) and B content of pectin were studied by mist containing 0. 1 mmol/Lboron in the 24 ℃ growth chamber for 48 h after seed soaking. Results showed that the contents of pectin in border cell and root segments walls increased obviously in the root segments of 10-20 mm at 0. 1 mmol/L boron; The sugar content of hemi-cellulose in the root segments of 0-10 mm and 10-20 mm was significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 05). The uronic acid content of pectin of border cells were significantly (P〈0.05) higher than in the root segments of 0-10 mm and 10-20 mm at 0. 1 mmol/L boron; The uronic acid contents of pectin 1 in different root segments were 2. 6 and 2. 0 times than pectin 2 at 0. 1 mmol/L boron. The B content of pectin in the border cell walls were significantly(P〈0.05) higher than that in the root segments of 0-10 mm and 10-20 mm and the B contents of pectin 1(chelation soluble pectin) in the border cell and the root segments of 0-10 mm and 10-20 mm were 7. 7,6.4 and 6.2 folds to that in pectin 2(alkaline soluble pectin) at 0. 1 mmol/L boron, respectively. These results implied that the contents of B was related with the contents of pectin in cell walls. The border cells need more boron than the root segments of 0-10 mm and 10-20 mm,combined mainly with pectin 1.
