Effect of boron on the content of cell wall polysaccharides in border cells and root apices of pea （Pisum sativum） | 硼对豌豆根边缘细胞和根细胞壁多糖组分含量的影响

中国人. 以中豌5号豌豆为试验材料，采用雾培法，研究了加硼条件下豌豆根边缘细胞和根细胞壁多糖组分总糖、糖醛酸以及果胶硼含量的变化。结果表明：加硼后，边缘细胞和根段果胶含量明显增加，且10-20mm根段加硼后果胶含量增加达到显著水平，根段的半纤维素总糖含量显著降低；边缘细胞果胶糖醛酸含量高于根段，0～10mm和10-20mm根段细胞壁果胶1（螯合态果胶）糖醛酸含量分别是果胶2的糖醛酸的2．6和2．0倍；边缘细胞果胶硼含量显著高于根段，且边缘细胞和根段果胶1硼含量分别是果胶2硼含量的7．7、6．4和6．2倍。结果显示，豌豆根边缘细胞和根段细胞壁果胶含量与硼含量呈正相关，表明果胶含量高的边缘细胞比根尖更需要硼，且主要与新生果胶相结合。[著者文摘]

These results implied that the contents of B was related with the contents of pectin in cell walls.
