Effect of extrusion process on hygiene safety of enriched corn meal

In this paper are shown and discussed the effects of extrusion process on hygiene safety of enriched corn meal, technological and engineering parameters of the extrusion process and chemical properties of the enriched corn meal before and after the extrusion. Achieved results indicate that extrusion process improves nutritional value and hygiene safety of enriched corn meal.
