Detailed research of an existing condition of distribution channels of meat products of OJSC "Mogilev Meat Processing Plant" (the Republic of Belarus) was given. There was presented an ABC-analysis of a client base of the enterprise; directions for the rationalization of the realized management were offered; distribution channels of meat and meat products were economically substantiated. In course of the study there was developed a model of marketing and logistical of management of distribution channels.
