Effect of cultivation system on glycoalkaloids content in potato tubers

The content of glycoalkaloids in potato tubers in dependence of a farming method(conventional and organic farming),varieties with differing vegetation period and the particular year were studied. The achieved results have confirmed a high rate of the glycoalkaloid contents dependence of the variety. A trend of increase glycoalkaloid contents in potato tubers from organic farming has been found. The impact of the particular year has also been recorded
