DEUTSCH: Besprochen werden: Verdauung der Kohlenhydrate im Dickdarm und Absorption der Abbaustoffe (Staerke, Cellulose, mikrobieller Abbau) und Eiweissverdauung im Dickdarm und Absorption. Das Verschwinden der Kohlenhydrate oder N-Substanzen im hinteren Darmteil betraegt etwa 10-20% der Absorption im gesamten Verdauungskanal.
