Soybean was classified as protein crops with almost 40% of protein, but also high oil content in seed, can classify soybean as important oil crop. Technological quality was examined in eight locations with twelve soybean varieties, and following parameters were recorded: grain yield, protein content and oil content. Average yield was in the range of 2969 kg/ha, at Ruma location, to 3873 kg/ha at Backa Topola location. Protein content varies from 37% at Pancevo location to 38.7% at Backa Topola location. Oil content was 21.4% at Sombor location, with maxima of 22.5% at Zrenjanin location.
