russe. Болезни легких инфекционной этиологии (БЛИЭ) широко распространены в с.-х. предприятиях Свердловской области. Ежегодно ими заболевает 27,3% телят, а гибнет 5,8% животных от числа заболевших. Выявлено, что эти болезни на территории Свердловской области в последние 10 лет имеют экзогенный характер. Инфекционный ринотрахеит, вирусная диарея - болезнь слизистых и хламидиоз занесены в с.-х. предприятия Свердловской области с импортируемым поголовьем крупного рогатого скота. Массовые поражения органов дыхания у телят и вспышки заболеваний с респираторным симптомокомплексом во многих с.-х. предприятиях вызваны вирусом инфекционного ринотрахеита крупного рогатого скота (BHV-1) и возбудителем пастереллеза. Разработана система мероприятий для профилактики БЛИЭ, предусматривающая вакцинопрофилактику (вакцины Комбовак-Р, Бивилис Бовипаст RSP) и "холодный метод" содержания молодняка (выращивание телят в зимнее-весенний период в индивидуальных домиках) Внедрение системы позволило в значительной степени сократить заболеваемость, падеж, санитарный брак в племенных хозяйствах, а также снизить процент выделения вируса BHV-1, а также ограничить распространение БЛИЭ и снизить экономические потери с.-х. предприятий.
