anglais. In this study, a comparative analysis of consumption of edible oil of families in Central Town of Ordu Province. In addition, factor analysis was conducted on factors which affect the consumption of hazelnut oil. The data used in the study in January 2013 was a result of a survey conducted with 272 people.

Ayrıca fındık yağı tüketimine etki eden faktörlere ilişkin faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler Ocak-2013 yılında 272 adet kişi ile yapılan anket çalışması sonucu elde edilmiştir.
