The scheme of a new method of analysis of antifungal propeties of preparations aimed on adjustment of dehydrogenese activity of filamentous fungi has been suggested. A new quantitative method for evaluation of the antifungal properties of the agents, which are based on the determination of dehydrogenase activity of filamentous fungi has been elaborated. Comparative quantitative parameter (DA) has been proposed to reduce measurement errors that have been obtained under intermediate precision. There has been established a high correlation degree of the test results of antifungal properties of drugs based upon PHMG obtained with the new and standard methods.
