The prospects of growing lilies (Lilium) in Belarus

Дана оценка таксономическому составу коллекции лилий ЦБС НАН Беларуси. Изучены адаптационные возможности сортов в условиях республики. Оценены декоративные и хозяйственно-биологические качества лилий гибридного происхождения. Выделены разделы, объединяющие менее трудозатратные и неприхотливые сорта, перспективные для зеленого строительства в Беларуси. Изучение обширного ассортимента лилий в измененных условиях выращивания показало, что их интродукция в Беларуси вполне возможна и оправдана. На приусадебных участках можно выращивать сорта всех изученных разделов. Использование же лилий в зеленом строительстве республики возможно лишь при соблюдении определенных агротехнических условий и фитосанитарной защиты. Азиатские, Кудреватые, ОТ- и ЛА-гибриды оказались менее трудозатратными в силу своей морозоустойчивости. Из-за трудоемкости выращивания не годятся для промышленных посадок Восточные и Трубчатые Гибриды, а также незимостойкие в условиях открытого грунта Длинноцветковые гибриды.
