Обработка экстрактов Hypericum perforatum L. в оптимальных условиях по предложенной схеме позволяет получать препараты с содержанием гиперицина не менее 5 маc. %.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. Hypericum plants along with medicinal preparations made of them are widely used in pharmacology as antibacterial, anti-depressant and anti-inflammatory agents. The main goal of the research presented in the article appears investigation of the influence of the type of plant raw material and extraction conditions on the degree of output of hypericin out of hypericum plant. The extracts have been received with the help of special solvents (chloroform, ethanol, water). The analysis has been carried out with the help of HPLC. Content of hypericin in extracts of some species of Hypericum has been measured. The electronic specters of absorption of extract before and after treatment with different agents have been analyzed. The influence of treatment on content of hypericin in plant extract has been evaluated. It has been found that the most promising materials of domestic origin for the isolation of hypericin is the herb St. John'
