Due to the increase in the deficits on nutrition and the deterioration of the conditions of conventional agricultural production, the organic farming offers a perspective. It has expanded in Europe since the end of the 80-ies and is a political demand but it increases worldwide, too. Demand and offer of organic products are increasing. The construction of effective marketing structures, however, is a deficit. Particular streams of goods are developing in international trade, especially for products of the "Third World" sold at fair prices.
