anglais. One of the major anthocyanins of blood orange juice, previously designated as cyanidin-3-glucoside-acetate or cyanidin-3-rhamnoside, was extracted and purified by semi-preparative HPLC. The structure of the pigment was elucidated by HPLC-Mass Spectrometry and 1H NMR spectroscopy to be cyanidin-3-(6'-malonyl)-beta-glucoside

Al pigmento e' stata attribuita la struttura di cianidin-3-(6'-malonil)-beta-glucoside sulla base degli spettri di massa e 1H NMR
