This analysis is based on the responses of participants in the most recent Nationwide Food Consumption Survey in 1987-88. The data are descriptive of nutrient intake of a large number of Americans. Information on the intake of vitamins, minerals, macronutrients, cholesterol, saturated fat, fiber, sodium and supplements is presented.
