The phosphorylhalides OPF₂Cl, OPFCl₂ and OPCl₃ react with Ag+NS(O)F₂- (1) to yield the phosphorylsulfuroxidedifluorideimides (2)—(7). Reaction of SPCl₃ and 1 yields the thiophosphorylhalides SPCl₃₋ₙ(NSOF₂)ₙ, and by decomposition of 11 SPF(NSOF₂)₂ is formed. The IR, mass, ¹H, ¹⁹F and ³¹P NMR spectra of the above mentioned compounds are reported.
