The results show that the petals of this rose have a high content in flavonols such as the derivatives of quercitin (10,887.93 μg g-1) and kaempferol (1,475.34 μg g-1). This composition suggests that this cultivated ancient rose may be of interest for cosmetic, gastronomic and medical purposes.
