A transitional cell carcinoma in the urethra of a 11 years old female domestic cat is described. The cat had developed signs of anorexia, dehydration and coprostasis. Neoplasia was diagnosed clinically at palpation and radiography, and confirmed at laparotomy. After euthanasia, histopathologic diagnosis was performed
