Relation between dietary protein level and the flow of various nitrogen fraction in the duodeum of lambs

An experiment on 3 lambs given a diet with increasing from 11.7 to 16.7% of crude protein content was carried out. Increase of protein content in diet caused a significant increase of ammonia-N but not amino acids flow in duodeum of lambs. There was no influence of diet crude protein level on digester amino acid composition
