This work contains information on the occurrence and distribution of phytoparasitic nematodes on ornamental plants, giving special attention to host plants in SR Serbia (Yugoslavia). The following nematodes have been observed: Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi, Ditylenchus dipsaci, Pratylenchus spp., Meloidogyne spp., Heterodera fici.
