In this work, cytogenetic bioindicaton is one of the methods used for early detection of an affected organism, which tries to determine the degree of endangered organisms in a certain location, on the basis of the degree of the damage of genetic material (chromosomatic aberrations) because of the presence of genotoxic pollutants in the area. Spruce was used as the most suitable bioindicatior plant.
