[A new technology of low temperature drying of agricultural products in elevator bins]

This paper describes a new technology of low temperature drying of maize and wheat grain, corncob and sunflower in vertical elevator bins with the surrounding and slightly heated air up to the temperature of 40 deg C. Investments needed for building and equipping the bins are 30% lower, and the costs of drying, storing and keeping the grains are 50% lower compared to the standard system. The quality of dried grain is the same as that of moist grain.
