It has been established that the weight, diameter and content of individual components of the pomegranate fruit vary depending on the locality where it is grown and the variety. Selection is necessary for better quality fruit. The content of dry mass in the total acidity of the juice is quite high. Pomegranate contains important elements for human nutrition, as well as raw materials for processing.
