Cut flowers - A growing business for big and small
1988
Rajkumar, D.
Export potential exists for tropical flowers such as heliconia, anthuriums, gingers, bird-of-paradise and orchids grown in Trinidad and Tobago. Producers growing for the export market need to become aware of its characteristics and gear up to meet its demands. The export market is extremely demanding and with co-operative efforts among local growers there are possibilities for selling local tropical cut flowers.
