Preparation of maize cDNA

This work deals with the preparation of the gene bank for the cDNA maize. At first mtRNA, a matrix for cDNA synthesis, was isolated. For cDNA synthesis four dNTP, oligonucleotide primer were necessary. Reverse transcriptase is a key-enzyme that mediates transcription from mtRNA to ss-DNA. The gene bank was prepared by the cDNA synthesis. The maize genome transferred into a different gene bank using a suitable vector, may be the subject of studying the control system of zein proteins. It can also be used for cloning (multiplication) of the gene for lysine production.
