The effect of tank-mixture of Propamocarb + Mancozeb applied at half a dosage then when applied alone in control of Phytophthora infestans was investigated. The results obtained indicated improved control, prolonged protection and reduced decay of tubers in first month of storage. Application of tank-mix fungicides: with specific and non specific target site of action plays preventive role in prevention of resistance build up in pathogen population, especially when spray coverage is poor.
