Seven species of Philippine cunaxid mites belonging to the genus Pulaeus Den Heyer are described as new to science, namely, P. dentatus, P. filipinus, P. lenis, P. longisetus, P. payatopalpus, P. remandai and P. villacarlosae. P. filipinus is also recorded from Java and P. rimandai from Central Kalimantan, Borneo, Indonesia
