The agricultural situation in Greece and the Common Agricultural Policy

A brief description of the Greek agricultural sector is presented in this paper, stressing the main economic features of the recent situation compared with the relevant average magnitudes of the Europe and Union of 12. It considers the policy problems arising from those futures in relation to the recent development of the Common Agricultural Policy.
