[Method for producing canned green peas]

The method for producing canned green peas from predried raw material is developed which involves washing of dried peas, blanching of the washed peas up to softening, putting the blanched peas into cans, pouring the cans with a preservative salt solution containing sugar, closing, thermal sterilizing and cooling of the cans. The practical use of the method proposed provides loading the equipment for six months and more beyond a vegetation season and thereby reducing production costs caused by idle time of equipment
