[Influence of vegetables on the composition of mineral substances in beef]

To increase the assortment of meat products and to create new ones the research was carried out on the influence of vegetables on the mineral composition in beef. The results obtained in the research show that such plants as celery, parsley, parsnip, leeks, artichoke have a high nutritional value and may serve as the source of K, Ca, Mg and Mn. For that purpose the relationship between the mineral substance of beef products and vegetables should be studied.
