Utilization of one feeding mixture in pig fattening in relation to some carcass quality characteristics and to chemical composition of products

Fattening parameters, carcass characteristics, chemical composition of muscles and liver, transamines in liver and content of amino acids in meat and liver were evaluated. The fattening trial with 30 pigs (10 in groups) with live weight 30-105 kg fed same feeding mixture was made under the same fattening conditions. Composition of mixtures differ only in portion of soya extracted meal and with dependence on the content of N-matter and amino acids
