Constructing, designing and optimization process of agricultural systems, as their identification, are essentially multicriteria engineering problems. In the mentioned processes there is no possibility to avoid encountering of several contradictory criteria, such as: total mass of agricultiral machine, material demands, dimensions, expected life, vibration and noise level, productivity, capacity, efficiency, energy consumption, reliability and economic factors. At the Mechanical Engineering Research Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, professor Roman B. Statnikov and J. Matusov developed the Parameter Space Investigation (PSI) method. PSI method takes into account the features of problems from the class under consideration and allows to obtain optimal solution for any number of quality criteria introduced. Also, the method successfully integrates procedures of identification of mathematical model of real object and its multicriteria optimization, by using of MOVI software package (Multicriteria Optimization and Vector Identification), which presents the instrument for very simple finding the solutions to the concrete problems.
