Testing of special vehicles and working machines to meet the needs of the final user

In this paper a new characterization of quality was shown and the importance of the testing process for providing quality of service of technical systems or vehicles was pointed out. The basic principles of the final, verification and type approval testing for the final user, were shown. Also, a given performance of the braking system, which significantly influences the quality of a vehicle in use, was discussed.
