New species of the genus Cymindis Latreille, 1806 (Coleoptera: Carabidae: Lebiini) from Qinghai, southern China

New species Cymindis (Tarsostinus) liangi sp. n. from a steppe zone in mountains of Qinghai Province are described in this article. These species are similar to C. binotata Fisch., 1820.
