Low energy fruit yoghurt desserts

The study deals with the analysis, characteristics and purpose of low-calorie yoghurt desserts. These yoghurt desserts are produced from skim milk yoghurt rich in nutritively high value milk proteins, fruit juice and "Aspartame" - sweetener. Yoghurt produced from these raw materials is a low-calorie product also suitable diabetic patients. Test production of yoghurt desserts enriched with 12 vitamins has been carried out. This product produced according to European standards and normatives is classified as functional food. Intake of 150 g of yoghurt desserts enriched with vitamins satisfies 25% of daily requirement for vitamins.
