[Sources of working capital formation]

Rational and efficient usage of pool stock of working capital, increasing of each financial source role in the process of extended capital reproduction, establishment of the optimal correlation between internal and borrowed funds as well the further strengthening of currency circulation depend on sources of working capital formation. The main task of working capital formation is the optimization of capital structure taking into consideration the level of profit and risk. Knowledge of the mechanism of financial leverage influence on the level of own capital and the level of financial risk allows to manage purposefully the cost price as well as the structure of organization capital
