Испанский язык; кастильский. Anamaspis lowi Colvée y Leucaspis pusilla Löw son los principales cóccidos que atacan a las acículas del género Pinus en la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid. Se ha estudiado el ciclo biológico de estas dos especies durante el año 2003 en diversas localidades de esta región. A. lowi Colvée está ampliamente distribuido por la sierra de Guadarrama, pudiendo llegar a tener al menos dos generaciones en sus localizaciones más térmicas. Esta especie pasa el invierno como larva de segundo estadio, apareciendo las primeras formas adultas en lo meses de mayo ó junio, según la climatología de la zona. Leucaspis pusilla Löw se distribuye por las masas de pináceas más termófilas, observándose al menos dos generaciones anuales en todas las localizaciones estudiadas, también pasa el invierno en forma de larva de segundo estadio, apareciendo las formas adultas a partir del mes de mayo.

Английский. Anamaspis lowi Colvée and Leucaspis pusilla Löw are the main scale insects that attack Pinaceae needle in the region of Madrid (Spain). The biological cycle of this two species has been studied during year 2003 in some villages of this region. A. lowi Colvée is very common in the sierra of Guadarrama, and can even have two generations at least in his more thermic localities. This species survives the winter as a larva L2, appearing the first adult forms in the months of May or June (it depends on the weather of the zone). Leucaspis pusilla Löw is distributed around the most thermic pine forest of the area, and it can be observed at least two annual generations in every studied localitations, it also survives the winter as a larva L2, appearing the first adult forms in the first days of May.
