Detection of pathogenic microorganisms, their toxins and protection against of primary food resources contamination

Present of Pyrenophora teres and Rhynchosporium secalis on the barley leaf were detected by PCR method from pathogens DNA. Identification of Fusarium spp. and mycotoxin DON content were determined in wheat kernels from nature condition. Types of resistance and DON content were evaluated in collection of registrated winter wheat after artificial inoculation with Fusarium culmorum. The wheat hybrids with resistance to Fusarium head blight and Stagonospora nodorum were created.
