This project study about types of sugar and amino acid in Aloe vera Linn. var. Chinesis. Reduction of Aloe vera to Glycoprotein as use precipitate method with Ethanol 95 percent to Glycoprotein and use aloe gel 7.25 kgs. as get reducing agent 1.459 g. or 0.201 percent. From studying find types of sugar and amino acid in reducing agent at hydrolyze with Sulfuric acid by Thin Layer Chromatography as Rf-value comparison of standard color with TLC. There have sugar (monosaccharide), Mannose, Glucose, Galactose, Xylose and amino acid, Alanine, Glutamic acid, Glycine, Arginine. Farthermore studying find protein number in reducing agent with UV-Visible Spectrophotometer by Biuret method and maesurment protein 1.828 mg/ml or 36.56 percent.
